These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of speedandtest.com and our internet speed testing tool (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 1. Use of the Service The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use to test and measure your internet connection speed. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. 2. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to repeatedly query the Service in a way that disrupts or overloads our infrastructure; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks; Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose; Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying technology without our written consent; Interfere with the Service’s advertising or attempt to circumvent it (e.g., ad-blocking exploits aimed at disrupting the Site). 3. Accuracy of Results Speed test results are estimates only and can be affected by many factors outside our control, including your device, Wi-Fi vs. wired connection, network congestion, your Internet Service Provider, and server load. Results should not be treated as a certified or official measurement. See our Disclaimer for further detail. 4. Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, logos, and underlying technology on the Site are owned by or licensed to SpeedAndTest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Service normally in your browser. 5. Third-Party Links and Advertising The Site may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdSense) and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SpeedAndTest operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law applicable to you. 11.
